Shipping and handling
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you your shipping confirmation with the tracking information.
For orders made via the online store and which has payments made offline (at delivery, pick-up, money transfer or via mobile money) , the proof of payment should be communicated to our customer service in order to get your items shipped or delivered.
For any standard order and shipping via Post, international delivery is possible within 4 to 10 working days. For express shipping via DHL or UPS international delivery takes between 3-5 working days. The shipping costs will be communicated at check-out before payment.
For any pre-order, international delivery is feasible within a maximum of 21 days.
We are not responsible for import charges and other applicable taxes in the customer's territory. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire as well as pay the customs tax applicable to his country of residence.
Return & Exchange Policy
a) Items on sale are DEFINITIVE - No refund, no exchange is possible.
b) Regular orders and pre-orders can be returned within 10 days after reception, in their original packaging and without having been used or worn.
c) Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return.
Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. From the day you submitted your return request, this quality evaluation process may take up to 7 working days. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.
d) The customer is responsible for returning the prepaid and insured item. The issued credit will not include the original shipping and insurance charges.
e) We reserve the right not to accept returns and to charge a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn.
f) Although our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do our utmost best to work with you and ensure that your experience with us is positive.
